1. How can I see your collection?

You can see our collection during our presence in Christmas World or Ambiente Fairs in Frankfurt in Germany, or at the Cyprus Fair in Nicosia, Cyprus. You can also login into our website, with a user name and password that we will provide you with, and see our collection and select from there.

2. How can I order?

You can order small quantities of different items that will be shipped from Cyprus. For European customers, as Cyprus is a member of the European Union, there is no VAT charged at your end for the value of the ordered goods. For these ordered items the price quoted is FOB Cyprus.
You can also order items in quantities for full containers that will be shipped directly from the Far East. For these items the price quoted is FOB Far East.

3. How soon should I order?

As the biggest part of our Christmas Collection is handmade or handcrafted advance ordering is essential as production time might very during peak production periods from two to four months plus transmit times.

4. Can you assist with shipping procedures?

Yes, we can advice you on all steps prior to a shipment if you requeat it, as we cooperate with reputable shipping forwards worldwide.
